All products are subject to availability and acceptance of orders.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Update product details, pricing, or policies without prior notice

2. Product Representation

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However:

Slight variations in color, texture, or weave may occur due to the handcrafted nature of textiles
Natural lighting and screen differences may affect color appearance

These variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless specified otherwise
Payments must be completed before order processing
Studio Rama Retail is not responsible for any additional bank, gateway, or international transaction charges

4. Orders & Customization

Most products are made-to-order or customized
Once an order is placed, it enters production and cannot be modified

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate size and customization details
Reviewing order information before confirmation

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled:

Within 24 hours of placing the order, OR
Before processing begins

After this, cancellation is not permitted.

Due to the customized nature of our products:

No returns or refunds are accepted

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on production timelines
Studio Rama Retail is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances
